For every acre of land you purchase, we will plant a total of 540 banana plants. These plants are specifically chosen for their high yield and adaptability. Over the first 3 years, the 540 banana plants will begin producing fruits, generating a steady income of ₹ 75,000 per year. This amounts to a total income of ₹ 2.25 Lakhs over the 3-year period, offering a reliable return on investment during the early stages of your land development.

Once the initial 3 years are complete, we will expand your plantation to include 1,080 coffee, 540 arecanut plants, and a variety of pepper plants, which are all known for their robust market demand. These plants will begin to mature and yield crops that generate an annual income of ₹ 1,50,000. Over the next 3 years (from year 3 to year 6), your total income from these crops will reach ₹ 4.5 Lakhs, further increasing the profitability of your investment. These diverse crops not only offer financial stability but also contribute to the sustainability of your land.

From year 6 onward, the coffee, arecanut, and pepper plants will continue to yield high-quality produce, contributing to a stable income stream year after year. Additionally, we will introduce a carefully selected range of unique and medicinal plants on your land. These plants, valued for their medicinal properties and niche market, will begin to yield, adding an impressive income of up to ₹ 9 Lakhs annually. With the combination of these crops, your land will continue to provide diverse revenue streams, ensuring long-term profitability and sustainability.
